Harrisa Marinara

A tasty and fiery Seafood Penne Pasta
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 12 minutes
Cost 19.50


Harrisa Marinara
5oog                                Seafood Marinara Mix
1 Large or 2 Med          Onions – Sliced
100g                                 Button Mushrooms – Sliced
6 Tbs                                 Olive Oil
1to 2 Tsp                          Elfreds Harrisa
2 #                                      Tomatoes – Diced
200g                                Greens – Spinach, Snow Peas or sliced Beans
Rock Salt
Cracked Pepper
500g                             Pasta – Cooked al dente
– In a frying pan fry onions and mushrooms
– Add Harrisa and fry gently for 1 minute
– Add Marinara mix and fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly cooked
– Add diced tomatoes and then pasta. Stir gently without breaking up fish
– Stir in greens and leave to wilt
– Season to taste
