Kasundi

Elfreds Kasundi is mild Indian Tomato Relish. Flavoured with Ginger, Garlic, Mustard and a hint of Chilli. This is a great relish for your Grilled meats or Fish. Elfreds Kasundi can be used as marinade or a cooking sauce. Fantastic mixed with yoghurt and used as a marinade for Chicken or Lamb.

Mix 1 Tbsp Kasundi to 2 Tbsp yoghurt and a pinch of salt for an all round marinade. Can also be used as a cooking sauce. First fry off 500g of meat or chicken till sealed then pour on a jar of Kasundi and a jar of water or stock and simmer until the meat is cooked.
