Whiskey Marmalade

A rich Orange Marmalade laced with Single Malt Whisky.  This decadent Marmalade is a great addition to your breakfast table.  Makes a lovely sponge filling. Or use to make a Steamed Whisky Marmalade Pudding. Top with custard or double cream.
