Harrisa Marinara
 
5oog                                Seafood Marinara Mix
1 Large or 2 Med          Onions – Sliced
100g                                 Button Mushrooms - Sliced
6 Tbs                                 Olive Oil
1to 2 Tsp                          Elfreds Harrisa
2 #                                      Tomatoes - Diced
200g                                Greens – Spinach, Snow Peas or sliced Beans
Rock Salt
Cracked Pepper
500g                             Pasta – Cooked al dente
- In a frying pan fry onions and mushrooms
- Add Harrisa and fry gently for 1 minute
- Add Marinara mix and fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly cooked
- Add diced tomatoes and then pasta. Stir gently without breaking up fish
- Stir in greens and leave to wilt
- Season to taste
