Elfreds Aussie Fish Downunder Rub is perfect for all of your Whole Fish and or for your Fillets and Cuts of Fish
Moisten the Fish with a little water. Dust with Elfreds Rub all over including any crevices. Wrap tight in cling film for a minimum of 30 minutes. Preferably for 2 (or up to 8).
Grill or Roast depending on the Fish type, size or cut.
For a crispy coating mix a Tablespoon of Elfreds Fish Downunder rub with 2 Tablespoons of Plain Flour. Coat the wet fish and pan fry on both sides.
