Elfreds Chicken & Fish Rub is perfect for all of your Chicken, Butterflied Chicken, Whole Fish or for your Fillets and Cuts of Fish
Moisten the Chicken or Fish with a little water. Dust with Elfreds Rub all over including any crevices. Wrap tight in cling film for a minimum of 30 minutes. Preferably for 2 hours or up to 8 in the case of Chicken. Also ideal for cuts of Pork, Lamb or Beef.
Grill or Roast depending on the cut type or size.
For a crispy coating mix a Tablespoon of Elfreds Chicken & Fish Rub with 2 Tablespoons of Plain Flour. Coat the wet fish or meatand pan fry on both sides. You can also marinade your Meat or fish before coating with the seasoned flour.
