A great accompaniment to curries or serve as a starter with poppadoms. Use in your sandwiches or rolls. Mixed with mayonnaise and a hard-boiled egg makes a great curried egg mayonnaise.
Use Elfreds Mumbai Chutney as a Marinade for your chicken, fish or any meat:
Mix 1 Tbsp of Mumbai with 2 Tbsp of yoghurt and a pinch of salt for an all round marinade.
