Piccalilli

Piccalilli is a traditional English pickle, which is a perfect accompaniment for your cold meats and cheeses. It is a pickle made with chopped vegetables such as cauliflower, onions, celery, corn, courgettes, capsicum etc and bound together with a tasty mustard sauce which is gluten free. An essential ingredient for a Ploughman’s Lunch. Great with corned beef or boiled bacon.  Mix with mayonnaise to make a lovely Rémoulade Sauce.
